Diana Esordi
Accessibility Advisor
Diana Esordi is a disability rights advocate, parading culture leader, and founder of One Krewe, a nonprofit dedicated to creating safe and inclusive experiences for people with disabilities. She is also a co-founder of Krewe of Krampus, where she helped establish Accessibility Row and early initiatives that inspired broader change. With a background in microbiology and clinical research, and a master’s in Disability Studies, Diana brings both precision and passion to every project. At Art of the Parade, she advises on accessible design practices and leads efforts to develop throws and experiences that include everyone, no matter their ability. She believes accessibility should be baked into the creative process, not added on after. Her favorite throws are the ones that make someone feel seen.
